I requested that my account with Pipex be cancelled because I was no longer satisfied with the 'lack of service' I was paying for.
I cancelled on the 17th of November 20010 ,and since I have charged for my monthly bill this year!
When I called to query why I had been charged for a service I was not using ( i have changed mu landline number and service provide since!) I was told that the cancellation had not taken place sue to an 'unforseen error'!.
I have to wait another five days to check if account has been closed!
Value for money is only warranted when the service works!
