I also got that 0.19% rate back in 2006/7, but wait till you need to deal with them again. The are a nightmare and they cost me a lots of wasted time and money - said we could up our mortgage to move, then after paying out over £350 for HIP, as well as tons of money, time and effort to get the house looking good enough to sale, plus 17 time consuming viewings - when we wanted to go through with the borrowing, they turned us down! Not even a reason given. Hate them and would never recommend them to anyone.
