Ordered skates, protection, helmet on 14 December. Skates and protection arrived late but in time for Christmas, still waiting for the helmet. Called 2 weeks ago, supposedly in stock and promised to send out but still no receipt, called again now out of stock and couldn't say when they would be in stock, refund requested - watch this space. Zero rating for customer service.
