Money taken from Bank Account. Goods not received. Apalling customer service. No response from email or phone calls. Warning!!! This company should not be allowed to trade as I do not believe they had any intention of supplying the goods but took my money anyway. Unfortunately to write this review I had to give Specsandglasses.com a star rating, but they don't deserve any at all. 5 stars for a first class CON!

I found this review very helpful because... I am having exactly the same problem!! I have been trying to get in touch with them for 4 days and no one seems to be replying to my calls or emails!! They weren't slow taking the cash from my account.
