Absolute waste of money, Would rather just buy a new phone. Daughters phone broke 3 months ago still trying to claim, all they ever say is ring our claims line, which funnily is on a 0871 premium number and they like to keep you on hold for as long as possible. First time the only reason i needed to ring was to get the address to send my claim to as it was not on there website(FUNNY THAT), and as previously stated every thing is one thing at a time. Will never deal with again.
