The service you will receive at the point of order will be fine. The real problems will begin at the point of installation. In our case, the surveyor's measurements were inaccurate which sets off in motion a whole multitude of problems when the kitchen actually arrives. The installations manager is extremely unhelpful and will NEVER return phone calls. We have been without a kitchen for 6 weeks with no end in sight. You pay for an installation service which is poor; you are told one thing at the showroom in terms of what is included and at the point of installation, this transpires not to be the case. Appalling conduct by the installations department. Not to be recommeded.
