Jewel In The Crown Holidays Review

Travelled with Jewel in the Crown to Icmeler, Turkey on 21/5/2010 for two weeks. We had no problems what so ever with anything. We had a fantastic rep who was always around to help. We booked 3 excursions through Jewel in the Crown including a free trip to marmaris where they took us to a turkish delight factory, jewelry factory, leather warehouse and we had free time to do some shopping before heading back to Icmeler. The rep was very informative which made our stay more enjoyable. My partner reacted badly with the heat, we tried to get some cream for the rash in the local pharmacy but struggled as they didn't speak much english. Our rep 'Jules' went out of her way to the pharmacy as she could speak better turkish and bought us some cream which worked very well. The only query i have is when we were picked up from the apartments we were told that we couldn't say goodbye because we were running late. Only to find when we got to the next pick-up we were 30 minutes early and had to wait around for this time. Regretfully not getting to say goodbye to some very good friends we had made over our stay. Other than this i would never hesitate to book with Jewel in the Crown and would most definitely recommend to a friend.
