DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They dont even deserve the 1 star, but I wasn't allowed to leave it blank.



I joined Outnow for a special deal through a legitimate discount company, and although all other deals Ive bought through this company have been fantastic, I am appalled that they will promote and aide Outnow on their website. Outnow are a joke. Customer service is non exisistant and if you are very lucky you will eventually get through to someone, who is then ignorant and unhelpful. In the end I requested to cancel weeks in advance of the end of my deal, and although they say they've cancelled, they are now going to try and charge me for a dvd they say they have not received back from me although I sent it a week and a half ago. I now know from reading the other reviews, that I am going to end up paying dearly, both stress-wise and money-wise, for the decision to sign up with this pathetic company. AVOID AVOID AVOID dont let them rip you off like they have done me.
