Dear Guest, please provide your order# so that we investigate.
What helpdesk support meant was that we were unable to proceed to refund because you had claim a dispute on Paypal and the transaction was on HOLD.
While a transaction is on HOLD, we can only ask you to close the case so that we refund, or wait for Paypal to decide.
Sorry if our message was not clear, be sure your order will be refunded 100%.
