The really impressive thing about this diet (Diet Chef) - apart from all the other things, it that it really has altered my approach/attitude/habits - which word do i need?
Having seen how "small" the meal portions were, i soon reliased why i was overweight. I was on it for 2 months, then took a couple of months off - it was easy not to regain any weight, as i no longer wanted to eat so much.
I have not followed it exactly, i am not keen on the breakfasts, and my father brings a meal every week. I eat extras too - but i still lost 19 lbs in 2 months, and am now back to lose the remaining 14 - 21 lbs.
The only thing that would be nice - but is impossible! - is to know which items i would like before i had to order them! Having said that, most of the food is yummy and my 10 year old daughter keeps trying to steal stuff.
