“Out Now have got to be the worst DVD rental company...”

Out Now have got to be the worst DVD rental company going. Their turnaround period is outragious and they don't even have the series of Lost or the remake of V when I searched. The first time I rented from them they sent me two return labels with two different addresses - I had to pay for a phone call to ask Customer Service which was the correct return address. Give them a wide berth.
