I spoke with this company 14 days ago. I was wondering what I could do with my debts. I spoke to an advisor who explained my options without any hassle or commitment over the phone. I received some paperwork, called them back, and am now on a debt management plan. All the fees etc explained up front, with all the negatives and positives of entering a debt management plan. I feel better now, and hope the creditors stop hassling me. I have my own advisor who will deal with my account, so am pleased with everything so far.
