IF ONLY I HAD LOOKED AT THIS SITE FIRST!!!

Ordered several items, they took the amount from my card IMMEDIATLEY, 26 Nov. Part of the order arrived just prior to Christmas. Many e-mails later, they phone me, 30/12/10, saying that overdue items will not be stocked or never were! and will send me a cheque for the balance which I should receive in 10 - 14 days. They CANNOT credit the card they took it from!!! I now have to pay off my card for something I do not have. So they will have had MY money for around 6 - 7 weeks!! If you're looking for customer satisfaction, don't buy here!
