The product itself was satisfactory, certainly not of mind-blowing quality, however it is the customer service that was shocking in this case. I was charged twice for a photobook made and sent two copies although i only ever received one receipt so was not aware of this mistake until the product arrived. Very unhelpful response from their customer service department which looked automated. Will not buy from them again.
