I ordered sony vaio laptop from dixons. They sent me the mail it says my order confirmed... Next day i got unacceptable voice mail which says company name and laugh loudly. I called customer service for security check.. I answered all questions. they said my ordered accepted. 10 minutes later i got new message and said my ordered has cancelled. I called dixon again and waited 10 minutes. finally one person answered said I did not passed the security... I can not do new order because laptop price already turned back to normal price.. I lost 3 days, spent my money for phone call... I could not get anything... I never buy anything from dixons again...
