FORS: This is a good average yard which is good value for money, nice indoor. The indoor has a nice surface with hardly any dust. Some nice big stables some smaller one. Yard owners live onsite and dont let anyone on site so good security.
The yard owner is strict which is no bad thing.
AGAINSTS: The granddaughter of the yard is owner is nasty and acts like she owns the place (shes always right). It is a very opinionated yard and other liveries tend to look down on the newer riders if they dont have the best of everything.
As long as you just want to go and ride and keep yourself to yourself then you should be OK just dont let the snooty ones who know everything get to you.

I found this review not helpful because...This person has obviously never been a livery on the yard. I am a yard member and can asure anyone reading this review that the yard is nothing like they have made it out to be. We are all very friendly and come from all walks of life.

I have never been to the yard, so rely on reviews from others who have experience. I am looking for a livery yard at the moment.
From what I read in the reviews, the facilities are excellent - no one has said otherwise. However, what is ringing loud and clear is that there are issues with those who run the yard>
Reading the "excellent" reviews, it seems like someone connected to the yard is writing these to get a better overall review rating. This is sad because you should really be taking in the feedback given and making improvements in that area
I don't think anyone was being overly harsh, just expressing their disappointment and reasons why they left the yard.
Rather than take offence, take note, and reviews may well improve
Meantime, I will take note of the honest reviews here and look elsewhere.

I found this review very helpful because...out of all the reviews I would say this is the most honest one all of the others seem to be written by the same person as if it is taken from the Farms Website the description. I too have been on this yard and moved because of favouritsm, but that is not for all of the liveries some are nice.
