Do not under any circumstances buy anything from Crystal unless you want to sign up to constant phone calls and harassment. However there is nothing wrong with their product. I researched outside doors on the Internet and chose Crystal and subsequently I had a front door fitted and I am very pleased with it. But to buy from Crystal means that you will be harassed and your privacy invaded for ever. I have asked them not to keep ringing me and I have begged them not to keep ringing me but they have absolutely no interest in customer care only their blind pressure selling. I would NEVER EVER recommend Crystal to any of my friends or family as I would not want to wish on them the problems I have with Crystal. I would not put them in a postion where their phone would ring at all times of the day and evening when Crystal to try to sell you something that you do not want or have asked for. BEWARE
