THIS COMPANY DESERVES ZERO RATING.



This company is gr8 at taking your money and sending you the goods. But should you have any issues as I have done needing replacement parts for the trampoline within the warranty period...good luck. Phones are never answered. Just automated messages suggesting you are on hold and then automatically cutting you off. Noone replies to your email.



They suggested our replacement part was despatched in October. Its now nearly christmas and nothing. I have copies of all the email from them and if they cant be bothered to deal with my simple request I'll be reporting them to trading standards. They have no stock at the moment showing on the website so alarm bells have been ringing. AVOID dealing with this company.
