I made an ordered some rugs 6 weeks ago on line. The order was confirmed by email the same day. I have since spent the last 4 weeks chasing up where my order is as the website made me suppose that the items would be delivered within 7-10 days. Despite several phone calls and two emails, I have been told that it would be chased up and that one of the rugs was at the depo. I am worried about my payment - no goods but they were quick to take my money! Shame though because I like the rug and wish I'd waited and gone to the local store. At least I could have talked to someone about it.
