I purchased VAPERRETO 950 and after a few months the small brush failed ( snapped at the mid point which is very weak) I tried to contact the sales department, which is the only e mail address that they provide but they consistently refuse to answer and all i was requesting was the price and availability of a replacement.So if you looking for any Polti products I would think again as their customer service is a joke
