Went to the Post upstairs restaurant for a birthday meal in a group of 8. On arrival were told the others hadn't arrived and would we like drinks. Ordered and then told rest of group already upstairs. Reataurant lighting is too harsh, decor is old fashioned and place is totally lacking in atmosphere. Main course was very good, but standard of food doesn't justify the high prices. When dessert orders were taken a request for coffee was completely forgotten. Although we were the last people in the restaurant it was hard to catch anybody's attention to actually get the bill. Staff polite enough but totally lacking in professionalism. Wouldn't go back.
