The best website for Thomas and Friends trains. I've used it before when it was my 4year old's birthday and was very impressed with the spot-on customer service, great prices and speedy delivery. This time I placed my original order but a few items I was trying to find (new Misty Island trains and not available anywhere) were sold out. I took a chance on calling the site direct hoping to reserve these much-wanted Christmas presents and again, the customer service was brilliant. The company put aside the extra items for me when they came in stock (only a couple of days later)and even though my original order had been processed, the company took the time to find my package and add the other trains, sending everything together thus saving me extra p&p. My order arrived the next day and I was able to track it on-line where I was given a 1-hour delivery slot - invaluable for a busy Mum with 4 young children. I recommend this site to all my friends, especially those with 'Thomas mad' youngsters!
