Over 2 months ago I placed an order on the internet with these guys and I'm still waiting for either the goods or a refund. Contacted the store via email several times asking for a refund and always get fobbed off with replies such as "i'll see to it that a refund is issued right away" and "sorry, we'll send out a cheque to you". Still waiting, and no response to my latest email threating to report them to Office of Fair Trading.



I live miles away from their store so it's not like i can just pop into their premises and kick up a fuss that way either.



Be very wary if considering to buy goods from them online as you may end up out of pocket. Rest assured I won't give in until I have my money back! :(

this is a false review set up by somebody who is harrasing the company. and stalking a member of its staff. police have been informed and are investigating.

How many time you lied to me that you would provide me a refund immediately? Where is it? I wish I had looked at reviews here before. I purchased from you in good faith as a customer and now I'm out of pocket. :(

Regarding the above comment on my previous review, these lot a right bunch. My review was NOT false and I am a genuine customer!!! I have no idea how this company can continue to trade.

<br/>After a lot of hassle I eventually received my refund via cheque... only after I had involved Trading Standards regarding Who Blackpool's trading practices.
<br/>
<br/>Who Blackpool had initially refused to give me back my money unless I removed my original negative review. Despite me pointing out that this was a criminal offence they still refused to refund leaving me no option other than to involve Trading Standards and the Fraud Department of my bank.
<br/>A few weeks later I eventually got my money back from a compnay called Toys N Stuff.
<br/>
<br/>So much time was wasted on the phone to these guys.
<br/>A lesson learnt... I'll never deal with Who Blackpool again.
