Website is very easy to follow and the purchasing process is quick & simple. The price was the best deal with no additional delivery charges.



Customer services answered my phone call promptly and with very friendly and efficient advice.



Delivery was quicker than expected and the product extremely well packaged.



The only thing I would have liked to know before my purchase was whether there were any alternative courier options / delivery timescales, however as mentioned, this query was answered quickly in person.
