I have just had almost the same problem with Surplus and Adventure. After a few days of placing my order I called them to see where it was. They told me it states on their website they can take up to 28 days delivery and they did not have stock. I cancelled my order and requested a refund which was met straight away with "as per trading standards regulations we are permitted 28 days to do this" Do not buy from this company, it appears the web is littered with the same complaints. No stock, take your money and takes an age to get refunded, all the sales people say exactly the same thing, almost word for word and they constantly tell you they have emailed "accounts" yet you cant speak to "accounts" I doubt there is even an "accounts" dept.
