Ihave just recieved my bill and to my surprise i have been charged £16.01 for making 9 call to 118500, apparently totalled to 5 mins, it is supposed to be £1.16 per min, so that should only cost £5.80, total rip off, called bt and i got a refund of £8, if you want to call directory enquires call 0800100100
