Absolutely frustrated and fed up with ASOS. 2 orders lost so far in the last month and waiting for 2 more orders. Have complained repeatedly on their Facebook 'here to help' page, but have only been given generic replies with fake concern. Now I have been told that I shouldn't be using their highly promoted 'free shipping to the States' if I want my orders to arrive on time and be trackable, but that I should have chosen the $12 express shipping if I want to make certain they arrive. Totally ridiculous.
I hope it's just a matter of time before they get their obvious delivery issued resolved, but until they do, I do not recommend ordering from them.
