This company has a serious communication problem.

I applied for a job and they told me a week later it had long since gone, so I was passed to another agent for a similar job. When I finally got to speak to someone the following week (ignore the "He'll call you right back" as no-one will) I'm told the position had been filled the week before.

I've had emails from different members of staff asking the same questions, request for my CV to be sent again and so on. What's going on inside this company?

Progressive are extremely frustrating to deal with, considerably worse than any other agency I've gone through in the past.
