Arriva are the worse travel service I have ever used. Like a lot of unsatisfied customers, forced into paying over-the-odds for their shoddy service, it's hard to find a place to start.

Buses are late, sometimes not showing up at all, a bit of rain can make the 50 service vanish completely.

The drivers, for the most part, are rude, snide and drive carelessly and he buses themselves are old, broken down, smelly wrecks. Arriva does not serve the city of Leicester very well at all and is a complete and utter rip off. I can only hope that another company takes advantage of Arrivas constant mistakes and poor customer service, to provide travellers with the service they need and deserve. I would happily leave my job in Enderby if I never had to ride another one of Arriva's buses.

In this uncertain climate, I really hope they go under. They deserve it.
