Well, this is the first review I have given of this type but I just had to join up in order that I could post my thoughts.



I ordered with some trepidation due to high ticket price of the item yet after reading a lot of the guest reviews, I thought it would be worth a punt. If all else failed, American Express are pretty good a sorting out fraudulent transactions!



Anyhow, I made the purchase last Tuesday evening after popping into Jessops earlier in the day. Jessops were charging £899 last week (now £869) but even when I wanted to include an SD card and a bag, the best deal they would offer me was £10 off. So, I ordered through Panamoz for £700 (it had reduced a further £20 from the day before, but is now available at £693). I received the order by 11am the following day, then tracked the delivery via FedEx from Thursday evening. The package arrived today (Monday) in perfect condition, so only took 4 working days to arrive!



The other thing I was worried about was additional costs such as VAT or import duty, but their web site states in the FAQ, what you see is what you pay. Well, this worked for me and the delivery thankfully came with no added costs.



I have read that others have had some issues with the customer service and as I didn't need to speak with anyone I can't really comment, yet the ordering and delivery process were faultless. I have had much more fraught shopping experiences with some larger, famous name web sites. In addition, I did not read about any fraudulent transactions from other posters, and those whose products were not in stock were refunded in full.



The only issue I had was with the web site in that when looking at the products, the default view is a page of 9 yet there seem to be no page links to view additional products. This was simply resolved by viewing all products. Also I should hav bought an SD card and battery though them as again the cost saving is very good, yet you can only seem it add these to the main purchase and cannot add them latter to your item in a basket. I only realised this yesterday when I checked over the site again.



So, am I happy? Yes - VERY happy - £200 saving happy! Would I buy through them again? In a heartbeat. Would I recommend them? Yes, this defiantly worked for me and I hope this gives confidence to others to make a great saving.
