I had left buying a quality gift for a friends 50th birthday until the last minute. Locating the ideal present on the Havens web site, I telephoned to place my order (as there was a very short time scale). I was given excellent one to one service from my very specific remit, and was even offered free gift wrapping (which the recipient of the gift commented enthusiastically about). I explained my deadline and was re-assured that the crystal port glasses would arrive on the day before I left on my trip to celebrate my friends very special birthday. When I called back later to re-check my order, I was reassured by another employee, who knew what I was talking about and informed me that my order was being processed and dispatched as we spoke. The order did arrive as promised, perfectly protected in a padded box and I was able to hand the port glasses over perfectly gift wrapped on the day (with very little effort on my part). Havens gave me an excellent and very personal service of quality merchandise at a competitive price. I will certainly use them in the future.
