I have to agree with the Pope's entourage- Heathrow T3 is like an airport of a poorly funded developing nation.

It makes me very ashamed to be a Brit. Singapore has 18m people a year (world's busiest airport) pass through it, but always looks clean and inviting. Heathrow looks filthy, disorganised.

Travelling with a baby in arms is horrendous. Do the staff get sadistic pleasure from making life tougher? Unpack all your bags, get everything out (EVERYTHING) leave stroller closed and then tut while you hold baby, try to unfold stroller and pack everything away into hand luggage...oh and open the baby food (which is no longer useable).

Well I guess they did stop the conveyor belt while I panicked trying to repack everything and not drop my baby.
