Despite paying over $8,000 for 3 Business Class tickets from Glasgow to Boston the flight was the most stressful experience I have ever had travelling. It is now the end of my 2nd day in Boston and I still have no luggage and Aer Lingus Customer Services have still not returned my call. I have spent the evening in my hotel room alone waiting for a bag to be delivered while my husband and daughter have gone to the basketball without me. I know the bag is not coming. I was in Boston 3 weeks ago and Aer Lingus lost my bag on the return flight and failed to return it when they said they would. I should have known what to expect from the service. The first 2 days of my trip have been ruined and the $100 compensation per day (after 24 hours) does not make up for having to shop for a bra, pants, socks, deoderant... after a 20 hour journey. If you are thinking of flying Aer Lingus- DON'T
