It is very good workout. I have been coming back to it for over few years. I am pretty fit, but this makes you work hard and exercises are not to complicated and easy to follow. I have tried Jordan (only 1 star), Pump it up (4 stars) and 5 stars for this one. Good and motivating music, which makes you forget haw hard it is. Recommended!!!
