International Payments...well thats a joke from day one!!!!make a international payment to a BPI account which me and my wife have in the Philippines...Transactions normally take 4 days through the Swift System..however this time around a mere 6 days and nothing as yet..when u call them u spend around 2 minutes,giving all the info to get them to sort out the problem,only to find in saying all you get is we can't find the information you ask about,...what a waste of 15 pound,always have trouble with them especially the online banking...and it's no better over the phone...WHO TRAIN'S THESE IDIOTS THAT SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNTS...MORe TO THE POINT ...WHAT GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO STOP YOU ACCESSING YOUR MONEY...WELL!!..The only solution round this is too contact the Ombudsman,which i am duly doing in the next few hours..
