I have just returned from havan y mor and found the whole experience rather poor. The vast majority of guests have a check in time of 4pm, there were only a maximum of 4 staff sometimes only 3 to check in therefore the queue was very long (approx 55mins to check in). The staff were plesant and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. Accommodation was a comfort appartment and was in need of repairs.Bathroom and lounge doors both loose on top hinge so had to lift them to close door. No handle for grill pan, frying pan had coating comming off, towel rail in bathroom not working. No information on how to get hot water (unmarked switch on kitchen wall)slow hot water flow in kitchen.
Might be ok if you go with children but not for adults only.
All in ALL an experience I would like to FORGET.If this is thier flagship they should move flags and send this ship to the breakers before it sinks
