The lads at the Blackpool store were outstanding. I had to wait a while as it was a Saturday afternoon and they were very busy. The sales person apologised for the wait and showed me some of the bikes I was interested in.

He asked all the right questions and we narrowed down what price range and type of bike I wanted. In the end I opted for the Carrera subway 1 to commute to work on.

I've had nothing but excellent service from them including a phone call to tell me my bike had been delivered and would be ready for that day. When I arrived to collect it they adjusted it for me and even sold me a maintenance plan and some oils for it at a discount.

Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and will be returning when I need any repairs or advise.
