They were very helpful all the way through the procees, apart form booking my family and I into the wrong Hotel, quite embarrasing when we turn up to the hotel we thought we booked. For an holiday costing over £7000 not good enough really, they did get us into the booked hotel eventually. They need to pay attention to detail
