after looking at lots of different contact management software packages and CRM packages I chose Amphis Customer because it was really easy to use compared to the others I tried, also very cheap if you want multiple users. I had been using MYOB but of course, support for that has gone, I cannot even register the MYOB 2008 version that I purchased so I just got a 30 day trial with that. I exported my customers to Amphis and now I'm using Amphis for all my quotes and invoices and it is very intuitive. it also reminds me what invoices are due and even who might be calling me today and what quotes I need to create. very happy with it and support is free and they even reply to my emails :-)
