Went to pick up two Bras I"d ordered & finally cancelled one of them as they had one but could not find the other one. A long angry line of people formed behind me. M&s staff were totally inefficient & could"nt work the computer & then spent at least half an hour looking for this second bra physically. It has totally put me off ordering on line at M& S ever again. My car park payment was huge as I had only wanted to dash in to pick up my purchases.
