“I have never received my order and customer service is...”

I have never received my order and customer service is abysmal. Incorrect information was given, the tracking system is ineffectual and receiving a reply to an email can take weeks, or it may never arrive at all. Personally, I would not use the site again. Simply Games may be a little cheaper than other companies, but they are just too unreliable and do not seem to be bothered about customer satisfaction.
