Payment via a new creditcard was made once. FLM hold these card details. This is not a guarantor's card and no-one has authorisation to take money from it. How do these details get removed?
Just one of the questions I would ask.
This company is very quick to issue cash, but actually the Customer service is poor and there is a feeling that they don't want to help at all, if you are in difficulty.
