Unfortunately this is the only tour company that operates directly between Gla and Toronto. We had booked and paid for car rental p/up Toronto, drop off London, Ont. We then booked Air Canada internal flights between Ldn and BC based on this. Cdn Affair then called us to advise they had made a mistake and we couldn't drop car off in Ldn after all. They admit it is their mistake but refused to reimburse our bus travel between Toronto and Ldn.(a mere £80 - we spent thousands this year with them!) Once they have your flight booking they do not want to know you. Customer Service were useless.

Would gladly use any other operator but would add so many more hours to the trip.

Hi!Sorry to hear about your experience with Canadian Affair. It seems to just get worse and worse with them.
