Applied to yesloans in May, after i applied and the £69.50 was debited, i read reviews on them and i new i had made a mistake, i wrote a letter to yesloans before my 14 day's period in which i could cancel my application, the letter was send but i did not hear anything. After 3 months in which yesloans DO NOT have to give you your £64.50 fee minus the £5.00 they are entitled to through law, i recieved my cheque for that £64.50. I had to wait 3 months but i got it back. No complaints but won't go near them again. if you are reading this and are within your 14 day period, write a letter stating that you will be consulting your lawyer if you do not receive your money back and state THERE own terms back to them that ou are entitled to this money back. good luck
