Both ways the flights were late. Announcements were made in rapidly spoken and poor English with a heavy Spanish accent, and with my poor hearing I managed to catch "Thank you" at the end. The in flight "snack" for this 2.5 hour flight consisted of a very small bread roll with damp plasticy ham. One chocolate the size of a stamp and a half cup of luke warm coffee. Never again!
