i ordered two cards from moonpig 5 days ago for my husbands 40th birthday, and guess what they never arrived despite being told by customer services they had been sent them, they wer no help at all at customer services and just stated that i could ring up for a refund if they didnt arrive in time, which really is no help is it!i have heard from friends who have also been let down before but trusted them with my order what a big mistake, i will never use them again nor will i advise anyone else to they let you down and dont really care about that fact
