Car was hit and had witness and everything but Fortis wanted to pay out on my own policy as 3rd party refused to admit liability.

They closed the claim when I said keep chasing 3rd party, I questioned why it was closed they reopened and 3rd party has admitted liability.



After all that now they are saying that it is hard to value the car correctly as it was valued last year, and used car prices are higher then last year. Very unpleasant experience with them, very rude claim handlers who do not want to do the leg work to chase claims despite being easy claims.



Will not renew with them again.
