My debt management firm is My Debt and I am really happy with them. The calls from my creditors stoped a few weeks after I started my repayment plan and the paperwork had reduced too. Anything I do get I send off to my debt manager and she deals with it all for me. I have a good peace of mind now I know my accounts are being dealt with and that money I am paying towards my accounts is reducing my balances; the main problem I had was every statement that was coming in each month even where payments had been made the balances were going up. It is good always having someone on hand to talk to who knows everything about my account, I deal with Karen and she is great - I owe a lot to her and recommend My Debt to anyone who is really serious about getting out of debt!
