We booked a trip through European Destinations to Munich/Salzburg/Vienna in spring of 2010. Initially we were a little skeptical because it was such a good value. Everything went incredibly smoothly. The recommended hotels were just as described. Our Vienna hotel even included a stocked mini-bar with no additional charges (not advertised but a pleasant surprise.) My one recommendation is that you research any train tickets before you reserve through the website. We overpaid for "reserved" seats when we could have bought much cheaper regional multi-person passes.
