I was a little worried after paying out 1300 pounds and only receiving email vouchers for discovery and kennedy (real tickets for universal). I had not actually managed to find any reviews by anyone who had actually used their tickets yet. I needn't have worried as I had no problems on our trip and saved quite a bit of money on the gate prices. I would definitely use them again.
